Products
Are the products eco-friendly?
  • Yes. We care for the world and we are always trying to partner with eco-friendly suppliers. Check some initiatives of our suppliers:
    • All products are made on-demand. This allows us to avoid overproduction and textile waste, and we’re continuously working toward greener production. 
    • Damaged and unclaimed returned products get recycled or donated to local charities. 
    • Packaging is made out of recyclable plastic.
What type of fabric are the products?

Items are made of 100% organic cotton or recycled materials.

Are the products vegan-friendly?

Yes. All items in our catalogue are free of animal products. We work with PETA-approved vegan and GOTS-certified suppliers.

What type of ink do you use?

For apparel, our producer uses Kornit printers that generate almost zero wastewater and use less energy than standard industry printers, which lowers our carbon footprint. The inks we use for printing are Oeko-Tex™ certified, vegan, water-based, and free of harmful chemicals. For posters, we use Epson UltraChrome GS3 ink. This ink is also GREENGUARD Gold certified.

My Order
How fast are orders shipped?

Lines of Heavell products are made on-demand which means your product will only be produced after the payment confirmation. 

Tees & Ecobags: it can take up to 2–7 business days to fulfil these products. The average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order’s destination.

Stickers and bookmarks: takes up to 2 business days to fulfil the orders. Shipping times depend on the order’s destination.

For international orders (anywhere else but the USA, Europe or Australia), it’s most likely going to be shipped out with the economy (5-10 days) or no rush method (10-20 business days).

How can I download digital products?

You will receive an email with a link but you can always find the on "My Account" under the "Downloads" section.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will be sent an email with the tracking number as soon as your parcel gets shipped.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

This fee is assessed by your local customs office. Please get in contact with them to see if they apply duties & taxes to your purchases.

Will multiple products in one order ship separately?

Products can be sent from different locations and dispatched separately if you order multiple products.

Stickers and Bookmarks: Brazil.

Ecobags & Tees: can be shipped from any of these locations: 

1) USA: Charlotte in North Carolina
2) Europe: Riga in Latvia or Barcelona in Spain.
3) Australia: Melbourne or Kedron

My supplier has multiple locations and usually chooses the closest centre to your shipping address.

Which countries we can’t ship to due to legal regulations?

All countries, except Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. 

Refunds & Exchanges
When will I receive my refund/exchange?

We process returns/exchanges the same day they arrive back with us. Refunds usually appear within 48 hours but can take 5-10 working days to appear in your account.

My product was lost in transit. What now?

Make sure your address is correct when ordering, if you don’t get your parcel please e-mail us at thais@linesofhavell.com. We will confirm your address and it will be sent out again (you might have to pay the shipping costs again if you entered the wrong address). All claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Important: if the package was marked as ‘delivered’ by the carrier, I cannot refund the order, so please make sure your address is correct when ordering. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person.

My product is damaged. What should I do?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 5 days after the product has been received. Please provide images or videos of the damaged item in your e-mail to: thais@linesofheavell.com (you must send this e-mail within 24 hours after you received the product in order to get a refund).

Please observe the method below for returning your shipment to us if your item is damaged:

  • Re-pack the item in its original packaging wherever possible and within reason.
  • The return address will be the same written on your parcel. If you have doubts e-mail us!
  • Please note that returns will be made at your own cost.
I've changed my mind. Can I get a refund?

I understand if things didn’t work out for you, so if you are really unsatisfied with the product and wish to return you have 24 hours to get in contact with us by email: thais@linesofheavell.com. And 7 days to return the item starting from the day you receive your order.

I cannot offer refunds if:

  • The product is worn out;
  • Missing packing slip;
  • Missing packaging;
  • It’s an item on SALE but in this case, I will gladly give you a voucher to spend on anything else.

Please observe the method below for returning your shipment to us:

  • Re-pack the item in its original packaging wherever possible and within reason.
  • Please send an e-mail to thais@linesofheavell.com so I can give you the return address, in this case, will not be the same as your parcel.
  • Please note that returns will be made at your own cost.

You can choose to either get a refund (minus the freight charge) or a voucher to spend on other products.

Any tips to avoid returns?
  • Always check the “Size Guide” before buying apparel items.
  • Always DOUBLE CHECK your shipping address.
  • Always e-mail us with your doubts and questions before purchasing! 🙂
